Rolex Red President Box Reference 56.01.1 for the 1803 1802 1807
Red leather box with gold inlays and gold embossed Rolex Coronet.
The suede red inlay with C Clip inside is generally in good condition, with a noticeable mark on the wooden frame surrounding it.
The box has a wood interior with gold typography on the top aperture, stamped Creation Geneve Rolex with Gold Crown. Marks are present on the wood, which I have highlighted in the photos.
Dimensions: 12.7cm length x 18cm Wide x 7.5cm height
On the bottom side of the box is stamped with golden typography reading Montres Rolex S.A. Geneve accompanied with two Rolex coronets underscored with Switzerland and the reference number 56.01.1. All letters and numbers are fully legible, with some marks on this side, specifically on the left and midway through the top right.
General condition: The Box has signs of wear throughout, with minor signs of wear on the spine that holds the opening hinge. It opens and closes as it should, with the typical clunking sound associated with boxes from this era. The wooden top aperture interior has some marks. The Inlay is in good condition with mark on wooden frame surrounding it, C Clip is in working order and stable.
