We assess the watch, its condition and accompanying documentation, and disclose known replacement parts. Before completing a sale, we check its serial number against The Watch Register’s lost-and-stolen watch database.

A database search reflects the records available at the time of the check. It is separate from physical authentication and is not a guarantee of ownership.

Standard delivery to supported destinations is included in the advertised watch price. We arrange private insurance for the full watch value, separately from the courier.

Delivery eligibility depends on the destination and insurance cover available. Applicable import duties, taxes and customs-clearance charges are not included and remain payable by the recipient.

For eligible online consumer purchases, notify us within 14 days of receiving your watch if you wish to return it. Contact us with your order details for return instructions.

For watches without a valid manufacturer’s warranty, we provide a 12-month Watch & Bullion warranty starting on delivery or collection. This includes vintage and consignment watches.

We arrange and pay for approved warranty repairs and necessary transport. Please obtain our written approval before commissioning work by another repairer.
