Hublot Big Bang MP-11 Red Magic from 2022, watch is presented with its original box and e-warranty from Hublot.
Its polished red ceramic case weighing just 116 grams and black skeleton dial make it one the most exciting releases by the brand.
Located at the 12 o’clock position is a red sub-dial denoting hours and minutes. The complication is driven by a rare vertical gear.
Providing further intrigue to the dial is a balance wheel that creates a sense of symmetry with the helical gear at two o’clock.
All parts of the watch can be viewed from practically every angle due to the sapphire case back and side windows, giving the wearer many opportunities to admire the intricacy of the movement which is driven by Hublot’s in-house developed HUB9011 movement.
Manual winding, this skeletonised powerhouse provides the watch with a remarkable power reserve of 14 days when fully wound whilst beating at a frequency of 28,800 v/ph.
The red ceramic looks amazing in person, and the 3D element to the case fitting the multi-cylindrical 7-series paired barrels that power the 14 day power reserve is quite the site to behold.
The Big Bang MP-11 is a continuation of Hublot’s line of colourful timepieces forged from ceramics, and its exclusivity is only enhanced by the fact that only 100 of them were crafted.
Rounding off the watch’s aesthetic is a black-lined rubber strap, which provides the reference with a striking contrast to the red ceramic, this watch embodies the values of Hublot of constantly striving to experiment with the fusion of materials and standing out from the rest.Â
